Download this file and Extract it.
Then copy the folder named “Xperia Z By nillakash34” And Paste it “SD Card/TWRP/BACKUPS/Symphony/paste here”.
Then Go to TWRP recovery mode on your Phone
select “Restore>>Xperia Z By nillakash34″
 Now Slide “Swipe to restore” wait until restore is complete
After complete reboot your Phone

NB: If there are no such Directory or folder on your SD Card .Then You Have to made this manualy and have to paste “Xperia Z By nillakash34″ Folder in SD Card/TWRP/BACKUPS/Symphony/paste here
